Crossfit Workout

400 meter Run
15 Kettlebell Swings (do 21 next time)
12 Pull Ups
400 meter Run
12 Overhead Squats (do 15 next time)
400 meter Run

3 rounds:
5 Pull Up
10 Push Up
15 Squat

Time: 14 min

Cool down from Men's Health:
3 times:
30 sec, abs to ground, feet and hands to sky, 30 sec rest

Night Workout:

450m Hill Run
300m Hill Run
150m Hill Run
